Pizzaiolo (Pizza Chef)
As our Pizzaiolo, you'll be the heart of the kitchen — crafting bold, ranch-style pizzas using our signature dough and fresh daily ingredients. You'll work alongside a tight-knit culinary team in a fast-paced, creative environment where quality and passion are non-negotiable.
- 1+ year experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of dough preparation, sauce crafting, and topping techniques
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
Shift Manager
We're looking for a natural leader to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. You'll motivate and coordinate the team, maintain quality standards, handle customer concerns, and ensure every guest leaves happy. This role is perfect for someone ready to step into leadership.
- 2+ years experience in restaurant or food service management
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Food Handler and ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Delivery Driver
Be the face of Pizza Ranch on the road! Our delivery drivers ensure every order arrives hot, fresh, and on time. You'll represent our brand in the community, provide excellent customer service at doorsteps, and be part of the backbone of our operations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong time management
- Knowledge of Kansas City delivery zones (preferred)
Front-of-House Team Member
As a Front-of-House Team Member, you'll be the warm welcome every guest gets when they walk through our doors. From taking orders and processing payments to ensuring the dining area is clean and inviting — you make the Pizza Ranch experience unforgettable for every customer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and helpful during busy rush periods
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Marketing Coordinator
We're looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Coordinator to grow the Pizza Ranch brand across digital and traditional channels. You'll manage social media, coordinate local promotions, create compelling content, and help us connect with our Kansas City community in bold, authentic ways.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of brand voice
